The American Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD) will be holding its 125th National Convention and Exhibition in Indianapolis, IN from March 16-20, 2010. With 20,000 visitors expected, this will be VIYM’s major ‘coming out’ party.

The energetic response of students and the administration at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired was inspiring. After observing the class, both PE instructor Jon Shively and his principal were so impressed they decided there and then to incorporate yoga into the current year’s curriculum.
